pLenti6.2⁄ V5-DEST™ Gateway™ Vector is a Gateway™-adjusted ViraPower™ II lentiviral expression vector, For lentiviral-based target gene expression in dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells. The vector has a CMV promoter and a PGK promoter. The CMV promoter is used to drive the constitutive expression of the target gene, and the PGK promoter is used to drive the long-term and persistent expression of the blasticidin stable selection marker.
